These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the services offered on the dolcesitges.com website, owned by HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER SITGES SL (hereinafter, DOLCE SITGES).

The acquisition of any of the services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions that are indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain services.

These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding with the acquisition of any of the services offered.

All notifications and communications between users and DOLCE SITGES will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.

The services offered, along with their main characteristics and their price, appear on this website.

DOLCE SITGES reserves the right to decide, at any time, the services offered to Clients. In this way, DOLCE SITGES may, at any time, add new services to those currently offered. Likewise, DOLCE SITGES reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the services offered.

Once inside dolcesitges.com, and to access the contracting of the different services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will mean reading and accepting all the general and particular conditions set in dolcesitges .com until you access the booking engine https://gc.sabrehospitality.com/ where you will continue with the selection of the type of room, rate, registration and payment.

OBSERVATIONS

All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit or a valid and duly accepted credit card.

 

CHECK IN CHECK OUT

MANDATORY REGISTRATION

In accordance with the application of article 2 of Decree IRP / 418/2010, of August 5, on the requirement of registration and communication to the Police Headquarters of people housed in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia, all persons housed in Dolce Sitges must register.

 

DOLCE VITAL SPA

Consult the current Treatment Menu to know the particular conditions in application for Dolce Vital Spa.

 

SWIMMING POOLS

For reasons of safety and respect for other hotel guests, the use of inflatable mattresses, large floats, flamingos, etc., is prohibited in the pool area. Small-sized floats, as well as those required by guests who are learning to swim, are allowed. In any case, the hotel reserves the right to admit one or the other.

 

PETS

No pets allowed except for guide dogs 

 

DRESS CODE

Dolce Sitges promotes coexistence between its clients and guests while they enjoy their stay at the hotel. That is why we invite clients and guests to dress according to the rules of respect, the season and the temperature in common areas, restaurants, bars. and terraces of the same to all visitors to the hotel. Therefore, please, at all times and in these areas, you should always be properly footwear and cover the torso, not being considered for such use towels, sarongs and bathrobes.

 

HOTEL ACCESS TO GUESTS ROOMS

Dolce Sitges and any of its employees reserve the right to access any of the hotel rooms at any time, even if the “Do not disturb” is hung outside the entrance door for maintenance, security or any other reason. If necessary, the hotel employee / s will knock on the door and announce their presence before entering the interior.

 

HOURS OF USE OF THE WATER AREAS FOR CHILDREN UP TO 11 YEARS OLD

In order to ensure a calm and relaxed atmosphere at the Dolce Vital Spa for all Clients in line with the philosophy, children up to 11 years old have the following hours offered to enjoy the installations:

  • - Daily, from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00.

One adult, at least, should be responsible for the good behavior of minors. Additionally, children under 14 years of age are not permitted to use the sauna and steam room.

 

4. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS SERVICES

DOLCE SITGES is not responsible for the damages that may occur to said USER as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks and that cause suspension, cancellation or interruption of the dolcesitges.com service during the provision of the same.

 

5. PURCHASE AND / OR CONTRACTING PROCESS

To make any purchase on dolcesitges.com, the customer must be of legal age.

The steps to follow to make the purchase are:

  • - Select arrival date.
  • - Select departure date.
  • - Select number of rooms.
  • - Select number of adults.
  • - Click on "CHECK AVAILABILITY"
  • - Select extra packages or click on "no thanks".
  • - Enter personal information.
  • - Choose payment method.
  • - Confirm reservation.
  • - Receipt of confirmation will be sent via email.

 

The contract will be filed electronically.

It is also recommended that the client print and / or keep a durable copy of the conditions of sale when making their reservation, as well as the receipt sent by DOLCE SITGES by email.

 

BILLING

You will receive the corresponding invoice electronically.

If you want a paper invoice, you can request it at the hotel reception or electronically.

 

6. DURATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT DURATION

Until the services provided.

 

CANCELLATION

Bookings cancelled 72 hours or more before the arrival date will not be charged any penalization.

Bookings cancelled within less than 72 hours before the arrival date will be charged at 100% for the first night at the corresponding rate plus taxes, with the exception of bookings made from and between June 18th, 2021 and August 21st, 2021, both dates included, cancelled with less than 3 days in advance will be charged at 100% amount booked including taxes.

In the event of no-show, a payment equivalent to the first night will be charged at the corresponding rate plus taxes, except for stays from and between June 18th, 2021 and August 21st, 2021, both dates included, where the penalty will be 100% of the value of the stay.

In the event of early check-out, a payment equivalent to an additional night of accommodation will be charged at the corresponding rate plus taxes, except for stays from and between June 18th, 2021 and August 21st, 2021, both dates included, where the penalty will be 100% of the value of the stay.

All bookings must be guaranteed by a deposit or a valid and duly approved credit card.

The Hotel has rates with special restrictions. Accordingly, we kindly ask you to check and verify your booking confirmation for the corresponding cancellation conditions and/or penalties in case they are different from those referred to here.

All contracted services and any items consumed during the Customer's stay must be guaranteed and/or paid in full upon check-in at the hotel.

 

7. PRICES, EXPENSES AND TAXES

The prices of the services that are collected in dolcesitges.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.

The final prices of all services, together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc. are reflected in each of the services offered on dolcesitges.com.

  • - The services have VAT included.
  • - The VAT rate is 21%.

 

OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

  • - Dolce Sitges may charge the amount of an additional night in case of departure after 12:00 hrs.
  • - The Hotel has rates with special restrictions. For this purpose, please review your reservation confirmation to verify the corresponding cancellation and / or penalty conditions in case they vary from those mentioned here.

 

CHILDREN POLICY

  • - From 0 to 1 years, the accommodation of a child is free if sharing a room with 2 adults.
  • - From 2 to 11 years, up to two children free in accommodation when sharing with 2 adults in a Family room that includes a sofa bed. Likewise, if a rate that includes breakfast is contracted, both children will also enjoy the buffet breakfast for free.
  • - Children 12 years and older are considered adults.
  • - Children under 18 years of age cannot stay at Dolce Sitges without an accompanied adult.
  • - The hotel offers complimentary use of baby cots. Please, inform at the time of the reservation to secure the service.

 

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE TO THE BEACH

  • - The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach during the summer months, according to the timetable that is reported on site and with prior reservation. The Dolce Sitges hotel may make changes to this service without prior notice. Reserve your place the same day by contacting our Customer Service department

The prices of the services can change at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. 8. FORMS OF PAYMENT

We offer payment by credit or debit card.

You can make the payment immediately through the SSL secure payment gateway of our Bank. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card, in the case of credit cards only.

 

9. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

According to the regulations, it is not applicable to withdraw from the service contract as stated in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1 / 2007, of November 16, which approves the referred text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:

  • - Provision of services already executed or started.
  • - The supply of accommodation services or services related to leisure activities, if the contract foresees a specific date or period of execution.

     

    10. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

    DOLCE SITGES may suspend, withdraw or partially or totally cancel the services subject to contracting at any time and without the need for prior notice. The foregoing provision will not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or that are subject to prior contracting and that will be governed by their specific conditions.

     

    11. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLAIMS
